REGISTRATION FEES:

 

FLAG FOOTBALL & CHEER:  $80.00

TACKLE FOOTBALL:  $280.00

GAME DAY CHEER:  $240.00

 

COMPETITION CHEER:  $340.00

ADDITIONAL MONIES DUE UPON REGISTRATION:

 

Parent Participation Check in the sum of $300.00 postdated for October 1, 2024.

(See Amendment to Bylaws for additional information). This check will be returned upon completion of 5 volunteer hours.

Equipment Bond Check in the sum of $250.00 postdated for December 1, 2024.

This check will be returned to you upon the return of all loaned equipment and/or uniform.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS NEEDED TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION:

 

  1. Physical: All players will need an updated physical.  The Physical form is found on our website and attached hereto for easy access.  Please have same completed by your child’s doctor.  Please note it cannot expire prior to December 31, 2024.

  2. Report Card: All players will need a copy of their final report card showing the child’s name, school he/she attends and the grades for all 4 marking periods.  AYF verifies residency with this document and therefore all 4 marking periods are required. 

  3. Birth Certificate: If this is your child’s first season with us, we will need a copy of his/her birth certificate.  

  4. Parent Participation Check:  A parent participation check made payable to “BGEYFC” in the sum of $300.00 and post-dated for October 1, 2024 (no starter checks). Each family is required to complete 5 hours of volunteer time.  Time slots are offered throughout the season, mainly during all home games and include parking attendant, concessions, play counters, chain crew, field maintenance, etc. Sign up genius links are sent simultaneously by team parents and posted on Facebook.  They are filled on a first come, first serve basis.  Should someone sign up for a shift and not show, it will be considered a forfeit of parent hours and their check will be cashed.  Timecards are given to each family and must be stamped at the beginning and conclusion of the volunteer time or it does not count.  Please remember to report to the office located in the fieldhouse to stamp your card.  Checks will be returned immediately at the conclusion of the 5 hours.

  5. Equipment Bond Check:  An equipment bond check made payable to “BGEYFC” in the sum of $250.00 and post-dated for December 1, 2024 (no starter checks).  All borrowed equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, rib pads & practice jersey) must be returned at the end of the season.  This check will be returned to you once the equipment is received.  Should the equipment not be returned, the check will be cashed.

  6. All five (5) of these items (forms/checks) may be dropped off in the black drop box hanging on the back of our fieldhouse (next to the turf field at Veterans Park) by the garage door at your convenience.  Please be sure to put everything in an envelope with your child’s name on it. EVERYTHING MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 1, 2024 to be in good standing to start the season.  No child will be permitted to participate without all of the required documentation/checks.
